The two times I came here, I hoped to be well looked after.
But unfortunately it didn't happen.
Table attendants are simply impatient, even with an empty seat.
They are not willing to listen to us, only to talk.
I don't know if the management there is bad and the employees end up taking it out on customers, or if they are dissatisfied with their work...
But I didn't feel well attended to at all.
I really wanted to evaluate it well, but there's no way.
I hope the management there provides customer service training or if that's not possible, replace them with other employees who really enjoy serving and helping people.
Great service and structure. The bank opens at 9:00 am and has preferential service and has employees duly prepared to serve the general public. I loved the service.

I went to resolve a credit card unblocking and the attendant was very impatient even though the branch was almost empty compared to other times.
